The Prince George’s County Health Connect is the Capital South Connector Entity (CE) under the Maryland Health Benefit Exchange (MHBE). The MHBE makes health coverage affordable and more accessible for residents through Maryland Health Connection (MHC), the state’s health insurance marketplace under the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act of 2010 (ACA).
Prince George’s County Health Connect provides access to education, information, and enrollment assistance to Prince George’s County. A comprehensive program led by agencies and community partners reaches out to residents ages 18-64 years of age and their families to provide services.

Prince George’s County Health Department– Local government agency committed to protect the public’s health, assure the availability of access to quality health care services, and to promote individual and community responsibility for the prevention of disease and disability.
Community Clinic, Inc. – FQHC: Community Clinic, Inc. is a nonprofit, community-based health care agency serving the uninsured or under-insured. CCI welcomes adults and children in need of primary care and WIC nutrition education and food supplement services. There services are provided in seven accessible locations. CCI’s dedicated and certified staff members speak 22 languages.
